No Label at the Table is a dedicated gluten-free and dairy-free food company in Carmel, Indiana. Founded by Shelly Henley, the company was inspired by her autistic son's aspiration to become a chef. Recognizing the challenges individuals on the autism spectrum face in traditional employment settings, Shelly established the bakery to provide meaningful job opportunities and training for people with autism. In addition to in-store purchases, No Label at the Table accepts special orders for events and offers nationwide shipping within the U.S. Local doorstep delivery in the Indianapolis area is available on Thursdays through Market Wagon.

Most people would say the Peace Water Winery story is pretty crazy. We guess any story that includes 8 kids, 3 dogs, 2 cats, 2 horses, a cow, basketball, soccer, a 1966 Volkswagen 21 window "hippie van" and a double chocolate chip frappuccino would be considered crazy by most. However, we do not think the idea that inspired our project is all that crazy.

At Peto's we offer Authentic Greek dishes made from scratch. I rely on Greek cuisine in variety but the basis is Grills (Meat-poultry- Fish) and the most important thing that distinguishes it is the appetizers and their variety, and it suits all tastes. In addition to the main menu, there is a daily side menu with items that are not in the main menu. We always try to know the opinion of our customers and the dishes that they like and that they want us to add to the menu.

Three Indiana artisans created the museum in order to preserve and display scale miniatures and antique dollhouses, and to introduce this art form to others. The vision of these three women was to ensure that collections of quality miniature room settings, houses, and individual pieces would not be lost to future generations.

Children comprise one-quarter of the Museum’s visitors. Through miniatures, children learn the concept of architectural scale, the decorative arts, and the importance of detail.

Whether it’s the miniature reproduction of Hoosier athlete Major Taylor’s bicycle, an example of the beauty of the exterior architecture of a Victorian home or the clean, linear lines of a Mid-Century Modern home, the Museum of Miniature Houses is a fantastic place for adults and children to enjoy the arts, history, and crafts. Museum exhibits change often.

The Museum has hosted more than 110,000 visitors from all over the United States and an average of a dozen foreign countries each year since its opening in 1993. We are a museum of fine art in miniature and it’s only one of a few museums in the country that is devoted to the art of fine scale miniature.

The museum’s collection contains thousands of miniatures including room boxes, miniature houses, and exquisite individual items displayed in seven exhibit rooms. We also have collections of full-sized items that rotate throughout the year.

The mission of the Carmel Arts Council is to encourage and promote the arts for all ages through its leadership, financial, and volunteer support in order to nourish a vibrant culture in the Carmel Community.

At Indie Coffee Roasters, we’re motivated by coffee, community, and collaboration. We take great pride in every aspect of our work, from the biggest to the smallest details. Our team is more than a group of employees, we’re like family, and we work together toward a common goal: making Indie Coffee Roasters the best it can be. 

Since day one, we’ve been passionate about excellent coffee. We’ve been roasting coffee since 2013 and spent our early days selling beans at local farmers markets. Even at our start, we’ve been focused on making connections with our local community. 

In January 2018, we opened our first coffee shop location in downtown Carmel, IN. It’s been a privilege and joy to serve our community in this way, by creating a local hub that our customers enjoy visiting day after day. We’ve enjoyed getting to know our customers and seeing the same friendly faces week after week. What started as a mission to add something to our community has turned into a wonderful experience for us as well!

In 2004, Jerry and Naomi Hancock owned a custom wraps restaurant and wanted to provide the same customization and freedom to customers with frozen desserts.

Armed with a chemistry degree from Brigham Young University, Jerry developed a method of freezing ice cream with liquid nitrogen (which comes from the air we breathe). His technique was such a success that in 2005 he opened the first Sub Zero Ice Cream shop in Orem, Utah. Since then, Sub Zero Ice Cream has changed from a small, local business into a National and International Sensation.

At our stores, each ice cream is hand-prepared, made-to-order and flash-frozen using our patented liquid nitrogen freezing process. The vision of The Cat is to be the "Off-Off-Broadway" of Carmel Indiana, giving the artists of Carmel a local, welcoming, and affordable place to play; and giving audiences an affordable place to be entertained. The Cat offers residency for theatre companies without a home and is available for artistic events, classes, recitals and private events.  

In 2009, after a 30-year hiatus, Will Wood reentered the world of theatre. Since then, he has assistant directed, directed, or produced nearly 20 theatrical productions in Central Indiana. Late in 2016, Will found himself with a chance to direct a little Cole Porter musical, You Never Know (that's ok, nobody else has heard of it either!). But, the rehearsal and performance space wasn’t available (not at an affordable price, anyway). 

In the pursuit of finding a home for this production, Will and his wife/business partner, Deborah Wood, happened onto the space of the recently defunct concert venue - The Warehouse. The 60-year-old building on the far southwest corner of Carmel’s Arts & Design District was the perfect space for Will’s upcoming production. However, the Wood’s also saw the opportunity to realize Will’s vision to operate his own community theatre; while providing a space for others (like himself) who are looking for an affordable place to share their talents with the community.

As brothers growing up with four other siblings, Tom and Chuck Lazzara learned the value of hard work, treating others with respect and the importance of family.  Long-time Carmel residents, they have strong roots in the community and love connecting with others.  Chuck, founder of the Ritz Charles, helped thousands of people celebrate milestones and create memorable events during his time as owner.  Tom has been a real estate professional for over forty years and has represented hundreds of clients in successful real estate transactions.

In early 2021, both were looking for a new challenge. They began discussing the idea of a quaint, friendly restaurant that offered a place for people to reconnect with friends and family over charcuterie boards and a glass of wine. That idea developed into a plan, and in July of 2022, Wine & Rind was born. While the menu has evolved to include several delicious dinner options and paninis and soup for lunch, the concept of good food, good wine, and good company remains the same.
