Chilly Water Brewing Company was founded in 2014 with a mission of providing the highest quality, true to style ales and lagers in a laid back brewpub setting.  Our love of music is evident in the beer names, the branding, and the regular live performances of local and regional artists.   We offer 12 beers on tap with a generous selection of seasonal beer as well as our year-round offerings: Built to Last Pilsner, One Hop Wonder IPA, and Blood on the Tracks IPA.  We offer lunch and dinner service 6 days a week serving up elevated casual bites curated by Chef Arin Motter.

The Inferno Room is a unique and immersive tiki bar that transports visitors to a tropical oasis in the heart of the city. Upon entering, guests are greeted with a vibrant and eclectic atmosphere inspired by the Polynesian pop culture of the mid-20th century. The interior is adorned with tropical decor, including bamboo accents, thatched roofs, colorful murals, and vintage artifacts, creating an ambiance reminiscent of a retro island getaway. The bar serves an extensive menu of expertly crafted tiki cocktails featuring exotic ingredients, house-made syrups, and fresh fruit garnishes, all designed to tantalize the taste buds and evoke the spirit of the South Pacific. In addition to its creative libations, the Inferno Room offers a selection of Polynesian-inspired small plates and snacks, perfect for pairing with the tropical drinks. 

Milktooth is a fine diner opened in 2014 by Jonathan Brooks, utilizing the beautiful produce and agriculture of Indiana to serve world inspired breakfast and lunch fare.

In 2015 Jonathan was awarded one of 11 Best New Chefs by Food and Wine while Milktooth was chosen as one of 10 best new restaurants in the United States by Bon Appetit. 

Milktooth’s mission statement is simple, to provide good food to good people in a good environment and we’ve been working hard to maintain that since 2014.

Established in 1917 as "Greer Street Park", this park was rededicated in 1995 as the Edna Balz Lacy Family Park, honoring a notable local businesswoman. The 2 acre park is one of the jewels in the parks system, an ideal urban park catering to families with children, but also quiet enough to provide some respite from city life.

In the early 2010s, there wasn’t a bakery in Indianapolis that made hearth-baked, European -style bread. Lifelong Indianapolis advocate Tom Battista set out to change that. He found the ideal space — a 1924 factory warehouse in an historic Italian neighborhood in Downtown Indianapolis — and with the help of his nephew, Charlie McIntosh, started production in Amelia’s Bakery.

The space Amelia’s occupied was big — big enough, in fact, to house more than just a bakery. So Tom brought in his son, Edward Battista, and Chef Abbi Merriss, and together they dreamed up a restaurant that would take the same artisanal approach to food that Amelia’s did to bread. They called it Bluebeard, after a book by Indianapolis native Kurt Vonnegut.

Bluebeard opened in 2012. In its first year, it became a James Beard Award semi-finalist for Best New Restaurant in America. Inspired by global cuisine yet firmly grounded by strong Indiana roots, chef Alan Sternberg was a James Beard two-time Rising Star Chef of the Year Semifinalist in the 2016 & 2018 Restaurant and Chef Awards. With an eye for design and an application for local ingredients, Alan has become known for creative food that is as beautiful as it is delicious. His modern take on Midwestern cuisine has been featured in many publications throughout the country.

We have one of the largest and best maintained arcades in Indiana! We have Galaga, Ms Pacman, Donkey Kong plus over 60 free-to-play arcade games, that’s enough for over 140 simultaneous players! We also have a Genesis, Super Nintendo, and Nintendo 64 with over 1,000 games to play! 

We maintain a fresh selection of local/regional craft beer that is broad enough to satisfy most palates. Our draft list is constantly changing, and because of this we aren’t able to provide an up to date list. To date, we have had over 2,000 unique craft beers on draft… so come see what’s on now!

Square Scoop is a charming ice cream parlor offering a delightful array of artisanal frozen treats. The shop boasts a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with cheerful decor and a welcoming ambiance that invites patrons to indulge in a nostalgic ice cream experience. Square Scoop prides itself on its handcrafted ice cream made in small batches using high-quality ingredients sourced from local farmers and producers whenever possible. The menu features a rotating selection of inventive flavors, ranging from classic favorites like vanilla bean and chocolate to unique creations such as bourbon caramel and lavender honey. In addition to its delicious ice cream cones and cups, Square Scoop also offers sundaes, milkshakes, and ice cream sandwiches, providing something sweet for every palate. 

Founded in 2014 by Recon Marine veteran Travis Barnes and his wife Hilary, Hotel Tango is a veteran-owned and operated distillery. We’re also one of the fastest-growing, from just two employees in 2014 to over 50 today.

The company was born not only out of our founders’ passion for distilling, but also their desire to create a space (and a brand) that’s welcoming to all comers who want to have a good time while enjoying high-quality spirits. And you can see this same attitude in our dedication to creating an inclusive environment for workers, stakeholders, partners and consumers.
