The Heritage

The Heritage is a growing residential community developed by M/I Homes, with construction beginning in 2020. Spanning 94 acres, the neighborhood includes 260 homes from the Villa and Smart Series collections, offering a range of single-family and villa-style residences to accommodate different lifestyle preferences.
