Village Farms

Established in 1973, Village Farms is one of the original residential communities in Westfield and now includes more than 760 homes. Its location near major thoroughfares and the Monon Trail makes it a convenient base for commuting, recreation, and everyday errands. Wide streets, sidewalks throughout much of the neighborhood, and close proximity to local parks and libraries all contribute to a walkable, active environment.
Residents of Village Farms enjoy access to a range of neighborhood amenities, including a spacious common area with two playgrounds, a sand volleyball court, tennis courts, and basketball courts. The neighborhood is also home to a well-regarded youth swim club, drawing families who value recreational opportunities close to home.
Westfield has transformed from a quiet suburb into a thriving hub of growth, drawing in residents and visitors alike. Recognized as one of the Top 10 places to live in America and among the Best Small Cities in the country, Westfield has become a sought-after destination for both living and recreation.
Since the opening of Grand Park Sports Campus in 2014, which brought Westfield into the spotlight, the city has blossomed with new amenities, top-notch restaurants, beautiful parks, and a variety of shopping and entertainment options. The area around Grand Park has seen rapid development, with new neighborhoods, dining spots, Grand Junction Brewery, and Hamilton County’s only cidery (Urban Apples), adding to the vibrant appeal of the community.
