Opti-Park Indy

Located in the heart of Broad Ripple, OptiPark is home to baseball, birthday parties, family reunions, social events, and pure outside playground fun!
So who owns OptiPark?
OptiPark is a community park provided by the members of the Optimist Club of North Side Indianapolis since 1957. Our volunteers have maintained the park for over 65 years, and since the park is run by a non-profit, any and all donations go directly to the cost of park maintenance and improvements.
Although Optimist Club Members come from all walks of life, we share one common trait. Our positive approach, upbeat outlook on life, and a commitment to creating a brighter future for kids is what differentiates the Optimist Club of Northside Indianapolis from any other volunteer opportunity.
From providing and maintaining a local community park in Broad Ripple (OptiPark), to sponsoring and collaborating with other community organizations – Girl Scouts, Youth Baseball, Beepball (baseball for the blind and visually impaired), and others – we're deeply involved in our community.
Plus, we’re part of Optimist International, a worldwide volunteer organization made up of more than 2,500 clubs whose members strive each day to bring out the best in children, in their communities, and in themselves.
