Fishers’ Nickel Plate District is in downtown Fishers, just west of 116th Street and I-69. This area has grown tremendously in the past few years, with delicious additions to the food scene like Cooper & Cow Steakhouse, Four Day Ray Brewing, Max & Tilly's, Parks Place Pub, Rush Bowls, Tiburon Coastal Cuisine and The Well Coffeehouse. It’s also a great spot to shop, with stores like Angelo's Italian Market, Le Macaron French Pasteries, Penn & Beech Candle Co., Roman & Leo and Twigs and Tea.

In the summer months, the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater hosts concerts featuring local musicians and national acts. Walk, bike or run the Nickel Plate Trail that stretches from 106th Street to 146th Street.
