Kountry Kitchen Soul Food Place has been serving some of the best soul food in The Mid Western Region. Located in Indianapolis, Indiana Kountry Kitchen Soul Food Place has become known for a variety of different down-home recipes from their famous fried chicken wings and savory pork chops to the mouth-watering and refreshing lemonade. Kountry Kitchen Soul Food Place was started in 1988 by Ms. Jessie, she loved to cook for her family and friends by preparing southern dishes. Ms. Jessie initially opened a six-seat countertop diner that served her home-style cooking to the local neighborhood.
Later Ms. Jessie's daughter Nell became active in the business, making Kountry Kitchen Soul Food Place a family affair. Nell began adding some of her own well-loved home style recipes. Kountry Kitchen Soul Food Place has since grown from a well known and loved diner into a nationally known soul food place that creates a wonderful experience that is good for the soul.
Today, Isaac & Cynthia Wilson and family continue the tradition by serving the beloved recipes passed down to them by Ms. Jessie and Nell. In addition, they have increased the menu offerings to include a variety of well known southern dishes. Kountry Kitchen Soul Food Place invites you to join them daily for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, it is their pleasure and honor to serve the best homemade from scratch southern style cooking North of The Mason Dixon Line. Fall Creek Corridor
